About Suzanne Rickard

Suzanne drove over to California from New Hampshire in 2022. She worked on film sets, in retail and at a children's bookstore all while also adjusting to driving on the 101. After being diagnosed with Chronic Fibromyalgia, she changed direction for her health and landed in the world of children's illustration.  Drawing silly carrots, grumpy dinosaurs and loony loons, so far, has been a perfect fit.

Suzanne enjoys getting out of her chair and going on really long walks to regain sanity, exploring old historical sites, and playing with her absolute menace-to-society cat, Otis.
